Those words arrive late in \u017dlt\u00e1, the yellow chapter of Ni\u010dite\u013e<\/strong>\u2019s new album Biela, over guitars that finally lift after minutes of grinding weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Slovak trio has spent two records pushing against the same wall. This one starts opening doors instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A quite original concept and synthesis of styles such as crust, sludge and blackcore, only in the lineup of bass, drums and screaming vocals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to great concerts in good company at home and abroad, in Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic, the band spent the last three years working on new material for the new album Biela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike their previous albums, where Ni\u010dite\u013e stuck to a specific theme\u2014on the album Matka (Mother) it was the relationship between humans and nature, and on Anna it was the negative impact of patriarchy on women’s lives – this time the topics differ in each song: climate anxiety, the failures of the church, generational poverty. A palette of themes within a palette of colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each song and each topic received its own painting in a specific color. These paintings were created by the singer Tamara, who was in charge of the entire visual concept for the new album. They will be included in the booklet for the physical release of the album and will also be displayed as part of a standalone exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biela is also the first Ni\u010dite\u013e album with Tamara on vocals. She\u2019s an active visual artist as well, and when the band started talking about carrying the album into painting, she took the whole visual side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
